transferring software between boxes?

Hi,

My original mj box is on its way out the door. My friend tried to transfer the software onto one of his own, but it didn't work. I cannot get the number on this new one, even when calling my gv number it shows unknown caller. All I can tell is that the caller id shows up as being from austin, tx. Any ideas how to transfer the old software to the new box?

Uhhhhhhhhhhhhh there is no software on your MJ dongle to copy. The internal flash drive was disabled MANY updates ago. In fact the new MJ dongles no longer even have a flash drive in the dongle..
To transfer your old MJ # to a new MJ dongle contact online chat support BEFORE you plug in the new dongle. That simple........
