Suddenly I am being notified by friends and family in Canada that they can no longer reach my Magic Jack # in the US. They had called with no problems for 11 months, but now they get an "unable to connect" type of message from their Telco. Problem seems to only affect inbound calls from Canada. My outbound calls to Canada through Magic Jack proceed fine.
I chatted w/ the alleged "MJ tech support" , no real help (big surprise), although one of them confirmed that they had received other inquiries about similar problems.
Anyone else experiencing the same?
Anyone else find a fix?
