I'm not sure what happened. The old computer died so we put the MJ on the other computer. Now the MJ phone # isn't showing on the screen, we can 'dial' out using the mouse, but we can't use the phone we always used with the MJ before.
When I contaced MJ's service, they tell me to download an upgrade and then they disappear. The 'upgrade' opens, MJ say's it's upgrading, and then nothing. I'm back with the little screen back on the monitor, no MJ phone number showing (I know my number!) and a message that's saying 'Welcome' and treating me like a new customer. All I want is for my MJ to work again!!
