Choppy audio when running MJ as a service

I downloaded a program that makes MJ run as a service so that no one needs to be logged in. I thought this was great, the problem that I am having though is that the audio is choppy. I installed it again under my profile and it seems to work great. I could not set the priority when running as a service.

Does anyone have any ideas on a better way to run it as a service and have it actually work???

I guess there is no way to run it directly from the router??
