We have used our MJ on our PC and on our MacBook and MacBook Pro. Both Mac laptops have Snow Leopard OS running and have the latest updates. When we first got the MJ we used it on the MacBook and it worked fine. Then we used it for a long time on the PC - again it worked fine.
Our PC died, so we have to use it on the MacBook again - BUT, now it won't allow us to sign in. A dialog box keeps flashing over the MJ Dialog and we aren't able to sign in and use the MJ. It just keeps flashing over and over and over - so we are not allowed to sign in.
It works on the MacBook Pro, but I often take it with me and it is not stationary for very long - thus we wanted to use it with the MacBook. Does anyone have any ideas as to why the MJ is acting this way?
