I can't retreive my voice mail. We I dial my number it doesn't ring.

I received my mj yesterday and was having the same problem with voice mail. As I shut down my puter last night I thought I would try it one more time calling it with my cell phone again, and poof once my computer was off my voice mail was able to be reached. I changed the password, recorded my outgoing message and this morning it is working like a champ both using the puter and when I call into it using my cell phone.

I am thrilled with my purchased, crystal clear - friend says it sounds clearer then my landline used to. I live right outside of Pittsburgh and I not only got my area code, but the exchange for my area - appears like I have a local landline to every one. I am so glad that I risked my $40.

My VM has worked since about Thursday afternoon, but since then there's no notification, either by email (which was working) or the green light (which I've never seen work anyway...)

My voicemail isn't working (202 area code). Outside callers hear 4 rings, then dead air, then it rings 4 more times and more dead air. I do get a 1 second e-mail attachment sent to afterward. If I try to retrieve voicemail by phone, the call fails.

Mine is down again (can't access it) but..... my green light is now on and got a couple emails for the VM... Oh well, VM is not important to me anyhow. I use my answering machine.

Ditto in Northern CA. Can't retreive VM when dialing number or using softphone "GREEN" Vmail button....no ringing, nada. This would be the time to forward your MJ Phone to your cell I suppose.

Viatalk voicemail is also down. Seems like some major voicemail server is having problems.
