i need help please someone

my year of free calls just finished and i have to pay the $19.95 to get the mj going again...but i have no idea where i have to go to pay or anythuing like that...can someone help please... :?: :? :(

The only stupid question is the one which goes unasked! I am sure ridicule will help to encourage others to ask for help though. :roll:
