popup blocker/windows 7 does not work

Hello. I installed the small app. popup blocker and the install went well, but unlike XP, when you put the ck in the box....the dial pad does not go away. So i downsized the dialpad, made outgoing call and put a call into home and in "popped up". Uh, is there a special app. for windows 7?

I can confirm that the Magicsilence Plugin does work on Windows 7 and will keep the MJ dialer closed.
