Can't Change Password

Hi,

I have had MJ for several years.

I just found out that my answering message is not working and the default MJ answering message comes on. I tried to call in and change it but the password I usually use is not working.

I am logged into my MJ account on-line and trying to change my password (because I can remember my old one). It is asking me for an activation code. I have searched high and low and I have no idea what this my activation code is. Where can I find my activation code?

How can I get my password reset?

Just contact MJ online chat and ask them to reset your voicemail.. Of course if you have any messages there they will be deleted plus your outgoing message will be gone as well and you have to make a new one. Also your password will be reset to 1 2 3 4
DON'T let them tell you you need to do anything else, sometimes they make you do stuff on your PC which has nothing to do with your problem and can cause you other problems..

Thank you. I took your advice and that solved the problem.

They reset my password and I was able to get in and change my message.
