Caller ID with name, and other questions

I was wondering if there's some way to get full name caller ID on incoming calls. I heard something about magic jack bean, but the website is down. I also heard of something that costs $20 and has this feature, and other plug ins with cool features.

I will probably buy it one day, but wanted to know if there's another way to do it?

Also is there a way to stop the application from opening every call without spending another $10?

And one more thing, I see a lot of talk about Xlite and other SIP plans you can use with the dongle. Do these allow you to use a standard phone also, and use the phones keypad like with magicjack?
