Just purchased my second Magic Jack Plus and need help to correctly wire for the Mother in Law's pad. Our house has a pool courtyard with the MIL pad just across the pool. She has her own phone line.
Cancelled our 1200.00 yearly landline service with CenturyLink and hooked up to MJ Plus.
Guest bedroom has the cable router and phone jacks.
I set our whole house (multi phones) per your fantastic instructions and everything works great.
Currently we have 4 lines to our outside box, 3 into our side and disabled.
Phone jack in guest bedroom has the three lines. I am using one for our service.
I would like to connect the MIL's MJ Plus into one of the available jacks in our guest bedroom without having to set up a PC in her pad.
Her wire code is Green/white and White/red.......can I just apply that code to one of the available jacks in the guest bedroom for service over in her pad? Or will there be interference?
