Is MagicJack Server Down again ?

I am a little over 3 weeks in on MagicJack Plus, with 6 days left to cancel on my "30 day trial", and I cannot resolve beeping issue, nor can I reach the Website, and hence the Tech Support Chat !

I already ported my phone number over to MJ, and I feel completely stuck here !

I have been reading alternatives, but they don't offer number porting.

My friend has the original MJ with none of these issues. I got the plus thinking this would be as good or better, but after a dozen tech support chats, and my wife screaming at me to get this fixed, I don't know what to do.

Edit: Geeze, it morphs into the infomercial guy. At least they have a mute button.

I will hold back on the keep the Plus and get rid of the wife advice. But it appears that the website is okay.

Looks like they totally revamped the website. Could have been down for a changeover or fix. Not an improvement IMO, other than we don't have to hear about the magic and jack pets. Now we get someone kicking a soccer ball. Sighhhhhh.

The link for customer service is way at the bottom right, not very prominent.

Edit: Geeze. The soccer chick morphs into the infomercial guy. At least they have a mute button.
