Will not give me registeration form link

I just bought a new Magic Jack and can not get a registeration form. I purchased it in the USA less than a week ago and am trying to use it in Canada. When I plug it in to my computer, the software downloads and installs.

Then a graphic pops up showing the number pad etc with a notice to be patient for the registeration form etc. There is no link below the "MAGICJACK" on the lower left of the popup to register. What does pop up is a white page with links to buy the Magic Jack Plus. I have uninstalled and installed a number of times with the same result.

I would go to magicjack.com, click on the customer care/live agent link on the bottom right, type in a brief question and start a chat with customer service.

if you are using the USB extension cord, try not using it, unplug the magicjack and plug it back while holding down the shift key..
