BAD_POOL_HEADER

BAD_POOL_HEADER
Every time i try to Upgrade magicjack, i get a BSOD and it has the message BAD_POOL_HEADER, i have no idea what is causing this, i have tried formatting the magicjack disk but still nothing, any help?
