I got my magic jack last Wednesday as of last night i still didnt get an email from them so i got onto chat with them only to be told my case is pending ???? pending what? then i went to my bank account and i was charged not once not twice but 3 times a dollar for a test run????ok its only 3 dollars but dont recall where it said i would charged for a test! They then tried telling me i wouldnt actually have the money taken out of my account...hang on how else did i know if it wasnt taken from my account. A friend of mine warned me about this company i didnt listen wish i had they are still on pending 3 years later!!! The jack is going back to the store and im getting my money back and im handing everything over to the bank to handle. Im happy so many are pleased with their service but you are the lucky ones but many have trouble and do get frustrated with this company....SO be warned everybody.
