mj stopped working after chat line help

try to fix one problem led to going to task mgr. so now when l try to start mj,it goes away within 20 seconds, seems like it is not allowed on my pc anymore :?: :?:

Uninstall the MagicJack program from your PC then plug the MJ device into the USB port to reload the software and start over.
