Do You Need XP for Setup

Lots of talk about not needing a computer to use the MJ Plus but what about setup? Can it be setup and maintained with out access to a computer running XP or higher?

No you need a PC to set it up the first time, and to also do ( for now anyway) subsequent updates..
I guess you can always set it up on a friends PC....

Thanks. Computers I have but I primarily run Linux and can install Win2k in Virtual Box but does the setup require XP or better?
