MagicJack+ inconsistent

I've got the + installed on a Win7 32 Ultimate machine (duocore amd) and I'm also using MagicFeatures, Magic RingForever and Magic Silence. For the most part it runs very well.

But after three or four calls it starts to act flaky: mainly I can't hear a party I've just called altho they can hear me. A simple reload takes care of the problem but I would certainly feel better if I didn't have to do this twice or more a day.

Any ideas on what causes this behavior and how I can get it to stop.
