number transfer issues

I requested a number transfer 20 days ago from MAgic jack and its been only trouble since- first they said there is porting issues- once that was resolved i got an email saying that the addresses dont match this was the email

Thank you for your recent request to port your telephone number XXX-XXX-XXXX to magicJack.

Unfortunately, we are unable to port your telephone number because the address on your port request does not match the address on file with XCHANGE TELECOM. Please click here, login, and change the address on your order to match the one on your current account.

I got this email the beginning of the week and i checked both addresses- they are identical- but i entered it again and i chatted with an agent who said that he sent a report-
two days later i got another email- the identical one- went back to customer service- explained the trouble and they said they sent a report- well guess what- the identical email came again today.
Three emails saying that the addresses don't match- but they do match.
I am really getting frustrated- i chatted with the costumer service- three times and nothing changed-
Any one have any insight what to do and how to resolve it?
