Cancelling Account

How do I cancel my account? When I login to MagicJack, there is not option for cancellation.

You cant cancel, per se, but you can, NOT renew your account. First make sure your auto renew is not enabled or your CC will get billed every year. Then downlaod the MJ remover program from the MJ web site. Remove the MJ dongle, run the remover program and that's that.

I believe you just need to let your registration run out. I'm sure if you contacted mj support they'd be more than happy to suspend the account. You could always give it to a friend if it has a decent amount of time left on it.
