I cant receive any call now starting 3 days ago!!!!!

Same thing happened to me on January 19th. All of the sudden i cant receive any calls anymore and says my number is no longer in service on the recording when people try to call me. I can make calls out still however. whats going on????? I've only had magicjack for about 2 months and was working fine, but now its not all of the sudden!!!!!!!!!!
