Thats where my confirmation email came from and
they did reply to an order adjustment of going from
2 magicJacks to one
Also check your spam folder, etc for that confirm email
I ordered on a Sunday and got my MJ on Wednesday in CA
with regular first class mail

The company could be behind too. I ordered mine and it came about four or five days later and my magicjack showed up within a couple of days. You can always do a tech chat and have them verify your information.
Windows Vista and Laptop with XP SP2 on the road. Occasionally, a Mac if my Windows machine isn't working.
