error 23
Is it possible that the network load that the magicjack creates is rejected by the internet provider? Or the magicjack equipment is not robust enough to handle the load. If the unit is calling in every 30 min that is a ton of unnecessary traffic and it has to be processed somehow. I think the problem is a combination of things, connection quality, load on provider, load on magicjack facilities and equipment. That said unless magicjack comes up with some answers there is going to be backlash of customers starting with the ftc and the bbb. The ftc will not allow them to sell past a certain number units if they are getting excessive complaints. They will not allow new services till their record is proven.
