why are u making your customers so uncomfortable in reaching u?why don't u please your customers by giving an easy access to connect u and solve simple problems.we got our new water connection in 5 minutes but it is more than a month that we have been trying to pay u for renewal and buy the new magic plus.CAN'T BELIEVE IT IS HAPPENING IN THIS AGE AND THAT TOO IN AMERICA. This is NOT a forum run by magicJack, as per the word "unofficial" near the top of the page. It's possible that someone from MJ monitors the postings in here, but they certainly are not going to call you. And you would be better off editing your number out of your posting.
