When I start Magic Jack, it begins loading my contacts but then an error message comes up stating that it encountered an error and must close. Rebooting does not help. The detailed error message indicates a problem with ieframe.dll - whatever that is!
I was going to re-install Magic Jack but I don't know where my disc is. Did I even get a disc? lol I don't remember, it's been a few years.
Oh yeah, I should mention that: it's been running just fine on the same laptop for at least two years now.
Thanks!
ieframe?

Re: ieframe?
No, there is no disc for re-installing. After taking the device out, I would uninstall the program on your computer. Simply inserting the device back in will re-install the MJ.SaladGoat wrote:When I start Magic Jack, it begins loading my contacts but then an error message comes up stating that it encountered an error and must close. Since about 2 years or so ago MJ has kept OUR contacts on their server. Plus if you log into your my.magicjack.com account a copy of your contacts will be there.SaladGoat wrote:I'm afraid to uninstall. Won't I lose all my contacts? There are a lot to re-enter. Is there a way to back them up first?
That being said, nothing is 100% for sure when it comes to MJ.
