I am using a Belkin router that has my PC and 3 laptops connected to it wirelessly, so I know the router and modem work.
When I hook up my MJ+ to one of the laptops, it works fine provided I also hook up an ethernet cable to it. I can both call and receive calls.
When I plug it directly to the wall with the ethernet cable still attached, I get absolutely nothing, though. Error 1, no internet. I reboot my modem and router, and I get Error 3002 instead. No help either.
The problem is that the MJ+ isn't even showing up on my router's IP list. All 4 computers are there, but no matter what I do, I can't get it to show the MJ+. All of the support answers I've been able to find rely on setting a static IP using the MAC address or something, but I can't even get to that step. My router doesn't allow just inputting a MAC address. I need to have an IP address that I can then put in the DMZ or use port-forwarding. Without an IP, I can't do anything.
Does anybody have any advice? I've tried putting the ethernet cable into a different port as well, and no go. I also tried setting the MJ+ to have a static IP vs. DHCP via the MJ website, but this didn't work either.
MJ+ only works with computer.

Did you try this?:

There is an executable you can download in the instructions that will help get your MAC address. then you can assign the MAC to IP in your router and then define your DMZ.
Hope this helps,
