Dial tone, but will not make or receive calls

I installed Magic Jack Plus via router yesterday, it was working perfectly. I was very happy. Today, I have a dial tone, but when I try to call out, I just get dead air. When someone dials in, they just get dead air.

I have reset the router, still same issue.

Anyone have this same problem or know a solution?
