magic jack plus upgrade not able to register

I purchased 2 MJ+ and have tried both. I get through the registration using my current account then saying I want to use my current number...no to al their offerings etc...says to take out MJ+ and hook up to router etc...I open MJ+ on my Mac and I am back at square one...no phone number showing so no service...how can this be with two brand new MJ+'s ? I have spent over 8 hours with chat where they gave me a couple of updates which did nothing , all they say in the end is they will email me the solution which never ever happens... I am so frustrated...can you please help me ?

Would you mind telling us the exact nature of the problem. Were you getting error message on the screen? What's the behavior of it? Please try to be more specific so we can help you understand that problem.
