Don’t enter any contacts until you have your phone number

I tried to register and get a phone number for my MJ, but their website was not accessible when it got to the point where the phone number is being determined. Over a period of a few hours I tried to register a half dozen times, and between attempts I put in a couple dozen contacts. Their website never did come up, so I logged off and continued the next day. When I started the process again, the contacts I had entered previously were still showing, but after I finished the registration process and got my phone number, all of my contacts were gone. So I tried to find out how I could get them all back into my MJ account without having to retype them all again. For over 3 hours I “chatted” with 19 different customer service representatives because we kept getting cut off during the chat sessions. And the end result? I am going to have to retype them anyway! They delete the MJ contact list for a given computer when the account is officially registered. They stored the contact list I built before registering it. Why didn't they import or copy it as part of the process?! Does anyone know a way to copy the trial period contacts into the permanent contact list?
