Magictalk vs MJ+

So a few years ago I bought Magic Jack and everything was wonderful. Then when it came time to renew, I somehow ended up with magictalk. Which totally sucks. You know how hard it is to try to explain to people how to call me? My social life is suffering.

SO! I decided enough with this crap. I bought MJ+ But despite running numerous cleaners, registry scrubbers, uninstallers etc, when I plug in the new dongle, it just demands I log into my existing account, which then forces me to use the awkward Magictalk *NUMBERS* thing which I did not want and was the whole reason I bought the MJ+.

No me gusta.

Is there not a way to just have all my accounts perma-deleted and let me start over again? I don't even know how to use this thing at this point.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your MJ Bella_Kiss. I believe it's not the fault of the system that you registered the MJ plus under your magicTalk account. You should have used the "Create New Account" option and use a different email (not the one you used to register your magicTalk) but since you used the same email, you should have selected the option to choose US number and not the number from your existing account which was magicTalk. In other words, you have all the control during registration process.

Now that you have the phone number of your magicTalk with your MJ plus, you can change it to a US number for $10. With regards to your question about deleting your account permanently and start all over again, the only answer is NO. There's NO other way for a registered magicJack to unregister it and start all over again.
