att uverse connecting magic jack

i have att uverse and my modem controls phone, internet and tv. is magic jack plus going to work the same?
ok maybe this was the wrong question. how do i connect magic jack on this 2wire modem? it hasa wire from the modem to the phone jack and other wires running to my computer and to my cable outlets??

On your U-verse 2 wire gateway, there should be several outlets marked " local ethernet" . You plug MJ in one of them, like your computer.
