Setting a Magic Jack back up after years of no use
I bought a magic jack years ago and cannot remember my phone number or e-mail address that I used to set it up. How can i set my magic jack back up after years of inactivity and a expired subscription? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Since you do not remember the email you used when you set it up the only recourse I can see is to contact MJ's online chat support via the MJ web page and hope for the best. Sadly I would not hold my breath of them doing anything to help, but hey one never knows.Bobha wrote:I bought a magic jack years ago and cannot remember my phone number or e-mail address that I used to set it up. Another alternative would be to use the new GVJack App discussed numerous places in this forum and available here:

You have already lost your original MJ number, so the only real difference would be cost. A one-time charge of $19.99 for the App (they seem to have a sale running on that about every other week) vs an annual fee of $30 for MJ.
