My power went out....

I had a power outtage and now I cannot get my MJ to work,any ideas?
Or has someone had a similar situation?
I have tried everything that is available on the MJ site,but nothing seems to work.I can recieve calls,and make calls,but we can't hear each other,and it goes into this repeating,echo type thing.Any help would be greatly appreciated!
It was working fine until the power went out.....HELP!!!!

I think I would try a system restore to a point b4 your power went out and see if that helps. Not sure if that would fix it but its easy and worth a shot.
