No Dial Tone on stand alone. Help!

I just got a MagicJack Plus at my local radioshack about two days ago. I followed the setup procedures including getting the number they gave me even if the number is a out of town number. Anyway it worked perfectly when I plugged it in on the wall adaptor and my modem/router. Then the next morning I picked up the phone and there is no dial tone. I did a test call and apprently it rang on the person's phone, but they couldn't call me back

Also there are two lights on the side of the jack one is solid green the other is flickering yellow does that have something to do with it?

I need help this phone is pretty much for my job, so some assistance on how to fix this would be great.

Log back in to your MJ account online. Make sure you have incoming and outgoing checked. Then search here for router setup information. The green light is showing ethernet connectivity, the yellow light is an indication of data being passed.
