When I pick up the phone I hear the dial tone. But nothing else works. I have to use the internal speakers and mic on my laptop. I cannot dial out from the phone. And I cannot receive an incoming call from my phone.
When I try to choose the phone option under the "choose your device" dialog box, mj will not let me.
Just go to your device manager... go to Sounds audio and video game controllers... look for USB audio or Tigerjet ... If you see tigerjet please uninstall it and unplug your magicjack device and plug it back in. Otherwise if you see USB audio device just right click and update the driver
