JoAnn - This is not an official MagicJack support "board." Based on what you've written, it sounds like you'll need to log onto your online MagicJack account (www.my.magicjack.com) to a) check to see if everything regarding your device is there and its settings are as you want/need them to be, and b) if such is not the case, or it is but your device still "behaves" as if it doesn't have a number assigned to it, to engage in a "Live Help" chat with MJ customer support staff to resolve the problem.
