I tried to install - plugged in the MagicJack and it started the install, but a virus detector disabled the autorun feature, so never installed the software properly.
Now, I cannot make it install. Cannot find any installed software, but the USB safe removal tool shows that it is a MassStorage device. Unplugging and re-plugging has no effect, and will not install the software.
I cannot find any trace of it in the registry on the disk, and I am confused about what I can do next. Please advise.
I am using Windows XP with all new updates and .NET installed.
