Sound device keeps getting muted

Hi,

I am using MJ+ on Windows 7. the sound device (the Tigerjet one) keeps being muted. This means, of course, that I can't make calls. When I unmute it, it works.

The device seems to get set to mute every few days. Why would this happen?

Well, I now know why that was happening, in case it's of any use to anyone in the future. I was logging into the computer that my MJ runs on using GoToMyPC, and this mutes the sound on the host computer by default. This includes all sound devices. They don't get unmuted again afterwards.
