Magic Jack Plus Low Volume

Hello just ordered a MJ Plus when they gave me a offer to upgrade my MJ to the Plus version for 37 dollars I believe. Got it activated fairly easy although I didn't know you could register two on one account so now I have the regular and Plus on a single account.

The problem I'm experiencing is that the volume on the Plus is really low it was low on the regular MJ but there were software tweaks that were able to help called tech support and they upgraded the software and had me go into Win 7 and adjust the headphone volume but the volume to me is unsatisfactory just wondering why they would release this newer version with this obvious flaw, is there a known fix for this hoping something can be done have the volume on my phone maxed out. Thanks

I know others have to be experiencing this I googled it and saw many complaints but no fixes, still waiting for some support, Thanks

In order for anyone here to be able to give you some advice/pointers you have to describe exactly how you've got your MJ+ set up/how & with what you're using it.

I had same problem with my mj+ for years, I fixed the low volume on my mj+ , and signed in to share it with you.
I took mj+ from router and put it in usb on pc directly, then mj windows pop up from the screen click on menu, volume then click on phone the and adjust the volume to maximum also microphone,exit. then put back the mj+
on router. the volume now is loud and clear.
