My magicjack has been having an issue of not showing all of my calls in the call log on the magicjack software, even when I check the magicjack website it doesn't show all of my calls. I contacted customer support, they had me install an update and assured me that would fix the problem but it didn't.
Also, the caller ID on my phone with I use with the magicjack never shows all the calls either! The call shows up when it is received but when I check later it's almost like it only shows a record for one call per phone number that has called no matter how many times that number has called. This could be completely unrelated but I thought I would ask anyway.

First try clearing all of your call logs... That should do the trick
