Call Forwarding

I have been hooked up to Magic Jack for 35 days and I am still unable to forward my calls. I have been on their chat line numerous times and the only answer I get is that that feature is "temporarily unavailable" or it will be "fixed soon". Has anyone else been having trouble with Call Forwarding or is this a new problem? Does anyone have an idea what the problem is and when and if it is ever going to be working?

A simple search of this forum will reveal that this topic has been covered plenty already. The short answer to your question is forwarding generally does not work at this time and it is not known when it will.
