Technical support sucks

Post by badboychronic »

When I called I told them the Magic Jack box did not work .
After talking to 5 people They got it .
I was told I can get a new one for $10.43
I know that's not bad but I just paid 10 bucks today to renew
I'm just saying when My moen facet went bad after 3 years they sent the parts free no cost to me did it 3 times until they got it right. The buy it for looks buy it for life was real .
When my cuisinart coffee maker went out they did the same sent me a new one and both of those things cost high dollar that little black Magic jack box is cheap and for 10 bucks over the 79 I paid . I told the dude to look at my phone record so that he could see how much I use it I don't but been with them for years .
I told him I was with vonage for 5 years but give them up to magic jack .
Now I see Something called GVJackAPP that may do what I'm looking for using my Magic Jack I would of loved to stay with the MJ but poor customer service means a lot to me .How about you give up a little of that profit and get some workers that know how to listen . I was told to plug it in and out no less the 6 times by one person .I very good with computers and did that before I even called .
Anyways you can do better .
For anyone that wants to see it all here is some of it I lost the link after
they tried to do the computer connect the first time and did not get that .
But here it is .

Please wait for a site operator to respond.

I only ask

Post by badboychronic »

I only ask that people that get poor customer service to post about it on the web use your facebook page and google reviews of what you have and post at most of them .
We don't have to take this also post when something is good .
Times are hard and I'm sick of getting ripped off by so much stuff that I buy turning out to be junk .I don't see it on the box but I'm sure made in china.
As for the box it did almost last a year tv's and stuff use to last 30 years but its the customer support I hated .
And that's all I have to say .
