Magic Jack plus help
Having problems with the MJ+, I have just helped my friend try to setup MJ+, we can call out but don't get incoming calls, does anybody have any ideas on this. Saying line has been disconnected, do we have to wait for this to take affect?, we are using the same # as the landline phone we had.

- SOUNDS like you ported a pre-existing number into MJ immediately upon account set-up/activation (not a good idea, btw - better to start with a new number and THEN port in old one), but the number's old account was canceled by the old company and MJ hasn't assigned the ported-in number to the new account yet. Better go online to the MJ website and start a live help chat to see if they can fix it ASAP.
