magic jack on ipad2 no ringtone

Hello I have magic jack app installed on an ipad2. My problem is I have no ringtone upon an incoming call. I get the notification on the screen and I can answer but no ringtone. Please dont tell me to go to settings and turn on notifications either, I did that. I have everything on and volume up all the way. please help. Thank you.
