Magic Jack on new Windows 8 Laptop

Hi I'm having issues installing MJ on my new Windows 8 laptop.

The device shows up in my computer as removable storage, and the autorun program starts but it never finished downloading.

I see it using ~50KB for a minute or two and then it stops, gives me the message saying it can't connect to the internet and sends me to the MJ page.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I just contacted the live chat and they gave me the link to the setup file http://upgrades.magicjack.com/upgrade/m ... kSetup.exe

It seems my windows install is having issues downloading files :/

magicJack defaults to Internet Explorer, regardless of what your default browser selection is. If you're having trouble determining where your downloads are, try using a different browser to download. Most browsers default to downloading files to your "Downloads" folder.
