MJ and sound problem

I have had my MJ for many years now and recently I connected to my computer a camera with sound. Now when I call someone on my MJ I am over taken with reverb and I dont know what to pick in my computer to make the MJ work again. Now the camera wont work and I uninstalled it but my MJ still reverbs to the point I cant hear anyone and all they hear is reverb any help sure would be appreciated.

Sorry, I am confused...

You recently switched your computer from a telephone setup to a computer setup... Meaning... You no longer use a phone, and you are using your computer microphone and speakers...
