MJ support dwn ?

Been board today and had a new MJ plus die on me in first 2 min's after
getting phone number - been trying to "chat" - but all I get is a blank page

I just tried chat and got this:

But it's 7AM.

Someone else had the same problem last week.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the magicJack website's redesign.
