Year and a half old account has stopped making or receiving

I have a Magic Jack Plus I have been using with wired phones for over a year. Some time in the last 24 hours, it has quit ringing phones for inbound calls and I cannot call out. I get a dial-tone and can dial, but nothing rings. I can send and receive calls on a tablet with the MJ app installed and connected to the same number. so it appears the account is live.
