2 problems....so far.
1. magicFix cannot complete due to some udp porting problems 4050 and 5050. I can't resolve this as the linksys router with DD-WRT doesn't list ports this high. This bugs me. Anyone?
2. Phone quality is ok at first, with the recipient complaining of low volume. As the call progresses, the connection becomes choppy and full of static.
The computer is clean with no programs running. Comcast cable with huge bandwidth in my area.

I did it. It didn't balk about the installation but then again, it appeared to just start the program. Nothing confirming the update. Hopefully, it worked and we'll chalk it up to mediocre program writing. It would be nice to see the current version of the program as it relates to installation.
Thanks, MPM.
Any clue as to resolving the low volume? I jacked with all the volume settings but am guessing it's in the program values.
On its face, this seems to be a great program. In a Windows 95 kinda way. Once the bugs are eradicated, it will rock!
