Magicjack drops and repeat recorded conversation

I have installed Magicjack on Windows 8.1 and use it for international calls. This issue only happens when I'm calling on other's party land phone. No issues on cell phone. International calls are pretty expensive and I prefer to call on land phone instead of cell. Use of Magicjack won't make sense if this can't be fixed.
